Kara is excited to announce spots are available for the Accountability Crew fall 2022 and winter 2023 cohorts. Accountability Crew is a simple program that delivers powerful results.
Here’s how it works:
Crew members apply to join a three-month cohort with specific goals in mind. Selected members will identify their goals, what deliberate practice/work looks like for these, as well as the metrics, systems, and resources that need to be put in place.
Every Monday, members will be invited into a 20–30-minute kick-off call to set the tone and focus for the week.
Throughout the week, members will track their small list (less than 5) of key process metrics and record their wins and lessons.
Every Friday, members will be prompted to share their wins and lessons with the group.
Who can join:
Athletes, creatives, entrepreneurs and anyone with a goal they are actively working towards.
Who this program is for:
Individuals who are already highly motivated and serious about realizing their dreams, who are looking for a cadence boost from structure and other supportive and high performing peers.
Who this program is NOT for:
Daydreamers and people afraid of doing the work.
Cost:
The cost to participate in the fall 2022 and winter 2023 Accountability Crew cohorts is $500 per month. However, participants can reduce the cost down to $300 if they compete all weekly process agreements.
